Application:
Daily Maintenance
1. Please keep the working room clean.
2. In the working condition of the machine, please keep the indoor
temperature at + -22 ° C
3. Please keep indoor humidity below 60%.
4. Check if the cooler machine coolant is above the alarm line.
5. Check the cooler machine temperature is stable at the required
temperature.
6. Before copying files, check U disk antivirus or formatted and
then copy to prevent computer poisoning.
7. Check if exhaust is normal.
Weekly Maintenance
1. Body surface cleaning.
2. Cleaning of platform, guards and surface of marble.
3. Laser head cover cleaning.
4. Laser head protection lens cleaning.
5. CCD to the laser head distance correction.
Monthly Maintenance
1. Galvanometer correction
2. Oil adding for rail
